The Kenya Trade Remedies Agency (KETRA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Trade Remedies Act, No. 32 of 2017. These agreements provide WTO members with legally recognized instruments to address situations where imported products are dumped, benefit from actionable subsidies, or are imported in such increased quantities (import surges) as to cause serious injury to domestic producers.
