Mr. Chemisto was born in 1967 in Kenya. He is the Ag. Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
A Career Civil Servant in Trade Development spanning over 20 Years.
He Joined the Civil Service in 1992 as a Trade Development Officer in the Department of Internal Trade. He served in Kisumu, Baringo and Marakwet Districts after which he was moved to the Head Office in Nairobi in 2002.
In 2003, he joined the Department of External Trade and in 2005 was identified to join the WTO Institute of Training and Technical Training Cooperation for Training in Trade Policy. On completion he joined the Kenya Mission in Geneva for additional work experience until 2006.
From 2007 – 2013, He Served in the Kenya High Commission, Islamabad, Pakistan as a Commercial Attaché.
In 2014, He was Deployed in the Multilateral and Other International Trade Organizations Division in the Department for External Trade where he joined the Team that was instrumental in the enactment of the Trade Remedies Law.
Before his deployment as the Ag. Executive Director, He was the Head of the Multilateral and International Trade Organization’s Division where Trade Remedies was domiciled. 
Mr. Chemisto has participated in various professional, Management and Leadership development Training.
